For US orders: The orders will be shipped from our warehouse in the USA within a maximum of four (4) business days after the settlement of the order counting from the day following receipt of the order.

·  Exceeding the delivery time, not justified by force majeure (Act of God), the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and obtain within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days the refund of the amount paid in connection with the sale.

·  For International orders: If you are ordering outside the USA, then effectively you become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments. The goods might be held by the Customs Authority at entry, pending the payment of duty and tax. Antoinette is not responsible to pay this duty and tax. So the customer is responsible for it.

Return right

·  The client has a right to return products following Antoinette procedure.

·  Without specifying the reason and without penalty the client may decide within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the receipt of the products purchased on www.antoinette-paris.com to return his products.

·  He must warn Antoinette of his decision by mail at bonjour@antoinette-paris.com specifying the identification number of his order feature on his delivery order and email of purchase confirmation.

Sending the products back

·  Once Antoinette has acknowledged by email the client’s wish to return his products the client may send the goods back within maximum 30 days.

·  The products must be returned to our warehouse in Virginia, USA using the prepaid return label you can find in your package.

The right of return shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

a. The product(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, washed or damaged

b. The label(s) must still be attached to the product(s)

c. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging

Cost of return

·   In the case of the countries of the USA, Antoinette Paris provides a prepaid return label you can find inside each package.

·  For products returned from countries outside the USA, the cost of the return is paid by the customer. The delivery costs of the return will be your responsibility.

Refund procedures

·  After the products have been returned, Antoinette shall check the conformity of the products with the terms and conditions indicated in Paragraph Return Right above.

·  When Antoinette is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, the client shall receive the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products by email.

·  The customer shall obtain a refund for the sums already paid to purchase the returned products. A flat return fee of $15.00 per return shipment will be applied for all refunds regardless of reason. Please note that the shipping fees are not refundable.

·  The sums will be refunded to as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 (fourteen) working days following the date on which to Antoinette has become aware of the return decision.

·  If the recipient of the products is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums shall in all cases be refunded to the individual who made the payment.

·  For sales/promotianal productsAntoinette does not accept any return without exchange/replacement. Alternatively we can offer a coupon/credit for the next order. We do not take in charge return shipping fees for sales/promotional products.

·  The Customer is required to verify the correctness of products received under his order at the time of delivery.

·  In case of any anomaly concerning the delivery such as: damaged packaging, missing products, damaged products, products not complying with the order complaints may be addressed within a delay of 2 weeks after reception of the products.

·  Notifications must be addressed to bonjour@antoinette-paris.com.

·  Where defects have been confirmed, the Customer can either ask for:

a.     A replacement of the Product(s) at the expense of Antoinette

b.     A reimbursement of the order price (price of products and delivery charges) and cost of shipping, no later than within thirty (30) days from the mailing date of notification confirmation of error by the customer service.
